What is most useful to send

• A period that looks wrong. Tell us the rule, the number of days you expected and what the site produced. Rule references help enormously.
• A missing or wrong public holiday. Particularly a once-off proclaimed day, which will not be in the statutory calendar.
• A bug. The page, what you entered, what happened, and what you expected instead. A screenshot on a phone is worth a paragraph.
• A period you would like added. Especially Magistrates' Court periods and divisional practice directives.

What we cannot help with

We cannot advise on your matter, tell you whether a deadline in your case has passed, or act for you. This site is a calculator and a set of written guides; it does not create a relationship of attorney and client, and nobody here is in a position to give advice on facts we have not seen. If you need advice, instruct an attorney.

Deleting an account

If you created an account for Caseflow Manager and want it removed, email the address above from the account's email and say so. The account and everything in it will be deleted. See the privacy policy for what is stored.

Response times

This is run alongside a practice, not by a support desk. Corrections to periods are dealt with first and usually quickly, because a wrong period affects everyone using the site. Everything else gets an answer when it can.
